I am a first-year computer science student from Melbourne, Australia. Let me tell you a bit about myself.
First off, I'll give you an idea of how things started. As a curious kid who asked too many questions,
I always had an itch to really understand things. Not only did this perseverant curiosity lead me to learn a devastating truth about the Easter Bunny's identity
in kindergarten, but it also had me discover a passion for computer programming around the age of eight.
So, I became a bit of a computing nerd. I've almost always had a project in the works whenever I get some time to myself, experimenting
with and learning about pretty much anything that interests me.
I was hella cute btw
Still am
I have been fortunate enough to find real direction and purpose because of my interest in computing. This year, I was awarded a Westpac Young Technologists Scholarship to study my undergrad in computer science at RMIT, with the intention to then pursue my PhD.
Although my computing-related interests have predominantly been linked to general software development in the past, I now have a strong interest in theoretical computer science very broadly. Right now, I'm interested in learning more of:
Outside of study, though, I like playing (and watching) tennis, watching footy, and exploring with my friends. As much as I can, I try to keep up with my French in the hope that I may do an exchange to Montréal next year. I also used to be sorta good at speedcubing (solving Rubik's cubes fast) and I still attend competitions when I can.
Most of my projects are open-sourced on GitHub. Projects I'm currently working on are listed below.
